Why?
Lifestyle diseases claimed more than 52 lakh lives in the year 2008.
Lifestyle diseases share risk factors similar to prolonged exposure to three modifiable lifestyle behaviours --
smoking,
unhealthy diet, and
physical inactivity
and result in the development of chronic diseases,
specifically heart disease, stroke, diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and some types of cancer.
The combination of four healthy lifestyle factors -
maintaining a healthy weight,
exercising regularly,
following a healthy diet,
and not smoking
seem to be associated with as much as an 80 per cent reduction in the risk
Unfortunately, there is little public awareness of the association between health and lifestyle.
Hence, the aim of engagement is to
Increase awareness and instil caution with everyday choices made towards :
maintaining a healthy weight,
exercising regularly,
following a healthy diet,
and not smoking
increase engagement by:
rewards,

Examples
Game : Life
The game simulates a person's travels through their life, from early adulthood to retirement, with college if necessary, jobs, marriage, and possible children along the way. ?
The board game originally created in 1860 by Milton Bradley as The Checkered Game for Life.
Game : Checkered Game of Life
The game board resembled a checkerboard. The object was to land on "good" spaces and collect points.
Giving the player a choice of moves each time - horizontal / vertical / diagonal.
This was in keeping with the concept of individuals having choices throughout life.
Instead of dice – which were associated with gambling – players used a six-sided top called a teetotum.
Ideation
By silently instilling the thought in the users mind that certain habits are not healthy
